WWWSPV\ Austin Water
Austin Water approval is indeed required for the new construction of a residence, even if the bathroom count is not exceeding three, see attached screenshot from WWWSPV form. At intake our instructions are to not process new construction submissions until Austin Water’s stamped approval is provided on the WWWSPV form. If Austin Water is no longer requiring new construction projects to receive SPV approval, please provide updated direction.
